Elevate Health Clinic follows the advertising guidelines of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the National Boards under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law. This page also explains how to read the health information on this website.

1. Advertising

Our advertising aims to follow section 133 of the National Law. That means it does not:

• make false, misleading or deceptive claims
• offer gifts, discounts or inducements without stating the terms
• use testimonials about clinical outcomes
• create unrealistic expectations of benefits or outcomes
• imply a guaranteed result
• make misleading comparisons with other practitioners
• claim to be “the best”, “leading” or similar without substantiation

Information on this website, including blog articles and service pages, is general information only. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace an assessment by a registered health practitioner.

• Talk to a qualified practitioner before making decisions about your health
• Don’t delay seeking advice because of something you’ve read here

3. Scope of practice

Our practitioners work within the scope set by their National Board or professional association. Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Remedial Massage are musculoskeletal and allied health services. They are not a replacement for medical care, and we refer to your GP or a specialist when needed.

4. Outcomes

Where we say a service “may help with” a condition, this reflects current evidence and clinical reasoning, not a promise. Results differ between people depending on their health, their condition and other factors.

Reviews shown on or linked from this website reflect individual experiences and are not a claim that others will have the same result. We do not pay for or offer incentives for reviews.
