Sports Chiropractic
Andre is the principal chiropractor and founder of Elevate Health Clinic. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he has built a reputation as one of Sydney's most skilled sports chiropractors — working with elite athletes, weekend warriors and everyday patients to resolve complex musculoskeletal conditions that other practitioners have struggled to treat.
Andre's clinical philosophy is centred on finding the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than managing symptoms. His expertise spans sports chiropractic, dry needling, soft tissue therapy and the proprietary DRS System™ — an evidence-based framework he developed to deliver consistent, lasting results for patients with back pain, sciatica, disc injuries and sports trauma.
Outside the clinic, Andre is passionate about performance optimisation and works with several elite sporting teams across Sydney. He brings the same systematic, data-driven approach to his private patients as he does to his high-performance athletes.
Remedial & Pregnancy Massage
Alexandra is a highly skilled remedial and pregnancy massage therapist with a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing. Her warm, attentive approach puts patients at ease immediately — and her technical expertise ensures every session produces tangible, lasting results.
Alexandra specialises in pregnancy massage throughout all trimesters, postnatal recovery and remedial massage for musculoskeletal pain. She has developed particular expertise in treating the complex physical changes of pregnancy — from first trimester tension to third trimester pelvic instability — using specialised positioning techniques and pregnancy-safe treatment protocols.
Her remedial massage work addresses a broad range of conditions including chronic muscle tension, sports recovery, headaches, shoulder and neck pain and post-surgical soft tissue rehabilitation. Alexandra works closely with Andre and the exercise physiology team to provide integrated care for complex presentations.

His practical, results-focused approach resonates with patients who want a no-nonsense program that actually works — whether they're recovering from a workplace injury, managing a chronic condition or improving their performance.

He regularly works with WorkCover NSW clients, designing return-to-work programs tailored to the physical demands of each patient's occupation.
Andrew also provides mobile exercise physiology services across Greater Sydney, bringing clinical exercise programming directly to patients who are unable to attend the clinic.
Exercise Physiology
Paul is an accredited exercise physiologist with a special interest in NDIS-funded programming, chronic disease management and older adult health. His patient, empathetic approach makes him particularly effective with patients who are new to exercise, recovering from significant health events or managing multiple concurrent conditions.
Paul has extensive experience working with NDIS participants across a wide range of diagnoses including acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability. He designs programs that are meaningful, achievable and directly aligned with each participant's NDIS goals and day-to-day life.
Paul also works with older adults on falls prevention, strength and balance programs and healthy ageing initiatives — helping people maintain their independence and quality of life as they age.
