Mobile Exercise
Physiology
Our accredited exercise physiologists come to you. Whether you are recovering at home, in aged care, or managing a chronic condition, we bring evidence-based exercise rehabilitation to your door.
What is mobile
exercise physiology?
Mobile exercise physiology brings the same clinical expertise you would receive in our clinics to wherever you are most comfortable. Our accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) carry portable equipment and design sessions around your environment — your lounge room, backyard, or facility gym.
Home visits
Ideal for patients with limited mobility, post-surgical recovery, chronic fatigue, or those who find clinic attendance difficult. We work within your home environment using bodyweight, resistance bands and portable equipment.
Aged care facilities
We work with residential aged care facilities across Sydney to deliver supervised exercise programmes for residents. Falls prevention, strength maintenance and functional independence are core focus areas.
Workplace visits
Exercise physiology delivered at your workplace for injury rehabilitation, WorkCover, or employee wellness programmes. Convenient for workers who cannot attend clinic during business hours.
NDIS participants
We are registered NDIS providers. Mobile sessions are available for plan-managed, NDIA-managed and self-managed participants. We can deliver sessions at your home, SIL accommodation or community venue.
WorkCover & CDM
Mobile exercise physiology is available under WorkCover NSW and Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans. Your GP or case manager will provide the required referral.
Private & self-funded
Private bookings are available Sydney-wide. A travel fee applies depending on your location. Contact us to discuss pricing and availability in your area.
Conditions we commonly
work with at home
Mobile exercise physiology is appropriate for a wide range of presentations. Our AEPs are trained to assess and programme for complex and multi-system conditions.
Chronic disease management
Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD, obesity, osteoporosis and metabolic conditions. Exercise is a primary intervention — not an adjunct.
Post-surgical & injury rehabilitation
Hip and knee replacement recovery, spinal surgery, fracture rehabilitation, and complex orthopaedic injuries. We progress you from early mobility to full function.
Neurological conditions
Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury. Exercise plays a critical role in function, independence and quality of life.
Mental health & cancer
Exercise physiology for cancer rehabilitation, fatigue management, depression and anxiety. Our AEPs work collaboratively with your treating team.
Falls prevention & aged care
Strength, balance and coordination programmes for older adults at risk of falls. Functional independence and confidence are the primary goals.
